Thanks for your comments - I'm not sure if you meant to give the products a bad rating, from your comments we are guessing you might have inadvertantly rated them badly - if this is the case it would be great if you were able to re rate them - if however there is a problem please let us know and we will take it up with the supplier.

Many thanks for your comments - where possible we do try to ship goods as soon as possible - occasionally goods are out of stock and take a little longer as was the case in your first order.
