I'm sorry to hear there was a problem with your order -this is extremely unusual for us as we pride ourselves on our levels of customer sevice. I can only guess that the items were omitted by accident as a result of the high volume of orders at the moment.
I will make sure they go out today for you. In terms of the appearance of the tie it can sometimes be difficult to replicate the appearance of items on line - as every monitor will display pictures differently we have to try to show what we beleive to be a fair image.
