Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Training of new part time staff

Many thanks for both your five-star review and your lovely comments about Lynn. Agreeing a price is only part of what we do - without constant liaison between buyers, sellers, lawyers and surveyors, deals fail. Lynn doesn't let that happen!
