Our independent awards recognise the top brands for customer service. Winners are decided based on the ratings they receive from their customers.
Unfortunately the courier we use APC had a breakdown with one of their trucks to the main sorting hub. This resulted in many of our parcels being delayed by one day. We ship all our orders out in good faith that the courier will deliver them the next day as this is the service we or our customers pay for. It is so frustrating for us when we have to rely on a third party to deliver our goods and they do not deliver. It leaves us with a bad reputation when it is completely out of our hands. Please let me know how many worms you think were sub satisfactory and I will try and sort out some compensation with you.
