When both worms and maggots arrived they were close to dying van obviously was too warm won't be buying them from yous again or recommending very poor service

Hi, I'm very sorry you are disappointed with the worms and maggots. Clearly the heat was an issue this week and the product had cooked in the van. Obviously this is not how we intend to deliver our products and we very rarely have an issue. We have introduced cool box delivery for larger quantities of maggots when its warm however it is not cost effective at the moment with half pint and one pint deliveries. We are doing trials at the moment and hopefully will be introducing a cool system for smaller items very shortly. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused and would be happy to offer you a credit for another order if you wish to order again. Many thanks
