HI, sorry to hear you thought the quality was poor. Please can you be a bit more specific? I feel the issue may be the heat during transit, we are currently testing some new insulated packaging which will hopefully eliminate any issues during transit and insuring quality maggots everytime. Please can you get in touch so I can sort something out with you, or even send you a free pint in the new system so you can review it for us?
