Worms were of a poor quality and seemingly packaged for some time When used they were clearly not fresh. Sorry hate to be negative but I have to be honest.

Hi, we have tried to call you to discuss the issue with the worms however cannot get through on your mobile. It is very unusual for the quality of the worms to be poor. Apologies for the phone being off. I work nights and therefore the phone will be switched off. Just to add. When the worms arrived I placed them into the fridge in their original packaging. Two days later I used for fishing and found the worms very lethargic and flabby and pretty much unusable for fishing. I have used worms on many occasions and have successfully kept fresh for up to two week's. Again I most sincerely apologise for the negative feedback, it's most unusual for me to complain indeed if it was not for the survey I wouldn't have complained. Jeff
