Wrong item sent contacted them and the problem was resolved immediately and the correct item arrived a few days later with a hand written apology and a carrot pen.

The books have a whole host of sustainable features such as being stitched with natural cotton, printed with vegetable based inks and made from 100% recycled wastepaper - making them completely biodegradable.
