Wightlink Reviews

Hello Harry and thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that punctuality is important to our customers. We are very sorry for the disruption to your sailing on both your outbound and return journey, and for the impact this had on your travel plans. Regrettably, as frustrating as it is, delays do happen however, the staff will always their best to help where they can. I am very pleased to hear that the teams on duty were so accommodating and friendly.

Hello Donald, I am sorry you find the fare prices too high. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsided). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Keep an eye on our 'offers' tab on our website for ideas on ways to save. I would also recommend to sign up for our newsletter, if you haven't already done so, to keep up to date with all of our latest offers. Thank you for your feedback and I hope the above helps.

Hello Ray, Thank you for your review. We look forward to seeing you onboard again soon.

Hello John, Thank you for your feedback. My apologies if you found the information boards confusing on arrival at Portsmouth. I can see you sailed on St Faith which was running to schedule however, St Clare did suffer a mechanical issue that day and had to be withdrawn from service momentarily. Unfortunately, this did have a knock on effect to those sailing on St Clare for a short time. I do hope the above makes sense and that we see you onboard again soon.
