Staff always helpful. Ferries I’ve booked have always been on time and crossing usually smooth. Dogs are welcome on board.

Cars alarms
The service was very good, I would only say staff should remind passengers to turn there at alarms off, either as we check in or as we park, it’s annoying, especially when lots of car alarms go off...

Service was ok, we managed to get on both services we had booked on to. People loading at fishbourne tended to just stand around and chat and half loaded then carried on. There was a bit of a lack...

Always travel to the Isle of Wight via Wightlink as prefer the route and the service provided. Ferry’s are very clean, staff are friendly definitely recommend to friends and family .

What Victor said about Wightlink:
Unfortunately this will be our last visit cost just rediculous.
It was okay,all we did was get on and get off. Travelling across to the island is now very expensive hence why the ferry was nowhere near full.

Good service, but far too expensive.
The service was good and was running on time. All the staff, at the terminals and on board are all very pleasant. The only gripe I have is with the cost of the ferry, which is far too high.
