Hi Peter, thank-you for keeping us informed about your delivery and please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. Due to covid/self-isolation the courier networks are experiencing minor disruption at present and we were waiting for the original package to be back in our warehouse before confirming that we had managed to intercept the delivery (to avoid any additional confusion). We always strive to provide excellent customer service and we should have contacted you earlier in the week to keep you informed of our actions. I am sorry that this was not the case on this occasion.
