I'm sorry that this has taken so long to be delivered. We use Parcelforce for most of our deliveries. They are a part of Royal Mail and therefore deliveries have been heavily impacted by the current industrial action. We normally aim to deliver orders within 1-2 working days, however on this occassion that has not happened.
