Hi Prasad, I'm sorry that your order took longer than usual to be delivered. I can see that our 1-2 day delivery timeframe means this should have been delivered on Friday 9/6 but was not attemtped until Tuesday 13/6. Our warehouse team and couriers are normally very efficient, but on this occasion have not lived up to our expectations. As a gesture of goodwill I have added a £10 store credit to your account.
