I was disappointed with expensive clothing and a China label of origin.
The service from Whistles was good as far as delivery. The return fee was overpriced as I ordered from M&S and their return fee was half of what Whistles charged for 2 lightweight tops.

Purchased for my daughter in law, she loved it!
Service and delivery excellent for speed, paid for gift packaging, disappointed, as quite expensive, it was ripped and damaged on arrival.

I have tried to contact customer care via online chat and enquiry email and was told would get a response within 5 working days. I still have yet to get reply- very disappointing and poor service
