Thank you for your feedback Alan, The Yorkstone isn't a precision sawn endge product it is to produced to authentically replicate an old and rustic product. However they are in tolerance to all fit together as intended and the sizing includes the pointing gap so that when you order a m2 quantity you will get the complete area covered. We are sorry if the guides didn't make sense to you and we'll take a look at this. However we are always on the end of the phone or email should you need us to answer any technical queries. Thank you for your reply, my review whilst critical was intended to assist your future clients when ordering. I, like others I’m sure would have appreciated knowing that the sizes quoted included the grouting width. This information, if made clearer would have saved a great deal of extra work and reduced the laying time.
