Thank you for your message. I’m sorry for the disappointment caused by being charged two postage fees when your orders arrived together in the same parcel. I completely understand why this would be frustrating. On this occasion, as both items were delivered in one envelope at the same time, we have issued a refund of £2.99 to cover one of the postage charges. While some collectibles may increase in value on the secondary market, this is never something we guarantee or promote, as market performance can vary significantly and is influenced by factors beyond our control. When we describe items as “limited” or “special releases,” this refers to their production numbers and commemorative nature rather than any assurance of future financial return.
