I am sorry you feel our deliveries take too long, we do accept orders for pre-order items and also for any items that whilst we may not have stock, are expecting stock shortly. We do state the delivery expectations on the product page whilst processing your online orders, or advise verbally if these are placed over the phone. If there is a further delay, we do generate delay letters every 10, 20 and 28 days to keep you updated. In regards to mailings, you can update your mailing preferences via your online account under our Help section, alternatively you can send us an email with your request and we will be happy to carry this out for you.
