Good flexible lender
Good flexibility on income, quick referrals, slightly inflexible with tax assessments in this case. Have used many times would use again as becomming more flexible.

Flexible with complexities -a breathe of fresh air!
Dealt with during christmas and new year to get the terms out, underwriting was great and although there were complexities West One were flexible to allow a dual draw down with a desktop valuation
