Thank you for taking the time to express your comments in relation to our service which we have discussed prior to the sale going through.

We always aim to accompany viewings whenever possible however in this case there were two viewings which we were unable to at relatively short notice (one of which falling between Christmas and New Year). We are pleased that we were able to negotiate successfully and agree a sale within 8 weeks of marketing. I considered carefully your concerns regarding our service and as a result made a goodwill gesture of a voucher upon contracts being exchanged.
