Thank you for your feedback. I have been looking into this for you and I can see you created your lanyard design online. The image uploaded was of someone riding a horse which included a lot of background. Printing this image on to a 20mm lanyard, will unfortunately lose a lot of detail. Looking at the design you would have seen when designing your lanyard and also the proof you were emailed after placing your order, the image was not very clear and the product received is a good representation of what was designed online. No concerns were raised to us before or after purchase, otherwise our artwork team would have advised you to use a different image if possible.
