After having a problem with two solar lights for my garden that had stopped working, I was contacted by one of the Directors regarding this issue, I have to say I was extremely impressed with the way my complaint was handled, after being advised as to what the problem might be and suggestions offered to try and rectify the situation, they still did not work, two replacements were sent out to me and I am pleased to say they are working perfectly, the way my complaint was handled and the speed in which it was dealt with was excellent, thank you.
