Took a long while to answer the phone, but after that, the person I spoke to was fine seemed quite knowledgeable although they had to read out a lot of Legal mumbo-jumbo

Very helpful. Pretty simple process by phone and came up with an affordable policy. Not sure about the £20 charge for booking via the phone agent. Seems a bit excessive.
