Recorded message for answerphone asks UK customer to press the £ key which UK phones do not have. The message should be changed to "press #" i.e. hash key.
The service is very reliable and has some great features.
I'd like to see more flexibility with the call diversion facility, for example a calling sequence, so that the call is sent to divert number...

Good though sound quality not as good / consistent as a fixed line system
The web account leaves a lot to be desired, functionality is fine – usability is poor. Communication with help line is difficult due to language/accent.
