I'm not entirely happy with the direct debit being taken off my card. The option of dd on bank account was not offered but I would much prefer it if it was available.

The service is reliable and line quality very good
Wouldn't know as the service doesn't work when I set the phone up it cancels out my WiFi when I called to get help I was connected to someone who could barely speak English and spent half an hour...

Sorry you have been having problems. It's very unusual for the Vonage service to interfer with your WIFI. Our technicians did attempt to call you back and we will arrange for them to try again. In the mean time we are on hand to assist you 0800 008 6000.

Telephoned them twice to-day only to be informed that it will take a further 24/48 hours to finalise!
