Attention to detail is appalling, sales pitch not in line with what is delivered and line transfer was a nightmare

Unfortunately it is not possible to connect your existing home wiring to the Vonage box. We supply cordless handsets to overcome this and our sales representative should have made this clear. The porting process in the UK is complicated and communication between all the agencies involved is not very efficient. Vonage endeavour to port numbers with minimum disruption but some elements are outside of our control.
