Thank you for your review regarding your VetsMediCover pet insurance policy. I am sorry to hear that the claims process took some time to be assessed and that you had to follow this up.
Our claims team are still working remotely and have been extremely busy during the past few months. However, irrespective of this, it is still important that we keep our customer updated on the claims process and so I will refer this back to the claims team manager in order to see what improvements we can still make.

Not good
I have asked repeatedly for documentation replaying to my policy. I have had nothing bad. To be honest, I am considering cancelling my direct debit payment just to prompt action from VetsMediCover.
