I have spoken to DPD to confirm that it is still there. If you can’t get it from the drop off shop please contact us by email and we can investigate further.

Shocking customer service

Avoid!! Despatched very quickly however DPD delivered to the wrong house. Its been 2 weeks and Vetmedi are saying it was delivered correctly. The pictures of the delivery is clearly not my house....

Bad packaging!

This is the second time my order has come with a broken tub. Care needs to be taken when you pack parcels. I did email you and had no response!
