I have looked into the specifics of your case. I have noted that the process did take 4 months from start to finish. This was due to the funder having an unexpected amount of applications for vehicles, sadly we are in their hands as to when they are able to get the vehicle facility agreed. In this time the vehicle that you wanted was sold, but I am glad to say Marcus persevered and found another vehicle for you. It was an unusual circumstance and we have fed back your comments to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.
