Hi there, we do apologise if you feel too many messages are sent. We email 6 messages during your switching period which include your welcome pack, how to create an account and a request for your opening readings. After this, you will only receive 2 emails from us each month, one asking for a meter reading and one advising that your statement is available to view. Thank you, Utility Point.
