Trading Standards state that the average lifespan for a bra is 6 months, when cared for properly (hand wash, line dry, and worn in rotation with a number of other bras after being properly fitted), so any faults within this time of the order being placed can be refunded accordingly. Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that the items purchased did not offer the fit expected. Bra fitting can be tricky and we always recommend having a new fitting every 6 months as our bodies are constantly changing. There can also be differences in fit between sizes and styles which just complicates things even more! If you're unsure of sizing or need help finding the perfect fit, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Bra Expert: https://us.curvykate.com/pages/virtual-bra-fitting We regrettably are unable to cover returns for customers outside of the UK, however for those based in the US we usually recommend using USPS which charges up to $30.00, based on the service used. This is the method many of our US customers choose to use. Unfortunately, we are unable to re-imburse postal charges used to return items to us. If you've ordered using PayPal, you could be eligible for a reimbursement on postal charges used to return your order to us through PayPal directly. The amount reimbursed, and if the service is available, depends on your country and currency – this can be up to $30 USD for US orders and €40 for Europe orders. Return Shipping on Us must be activated on your PayPal account before requesting a returns postal charge refund from PayPal.
