Unfortunately, we are unable to re-imburse postal charges used to return items to us. If you've ordered using PayPal, you could be eligible for a reimbursement on postal charges used to return your order to us through PayPal directly. The amount reimbursed, and if the service is available, depends on your country and currency – this can be up to $30 USD for US orders and €40 for Europe orders.
