Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good product, not quite so easy to set up.

The device was not so easy to set up because it requires a hub to be set up beforehand; this did not go well but customer support were very helpful and responsive and eventually set it up remotely...
