Although our website is updated frequently it does not show real time stock. Where this usually happens, customers are able to select the same item of stock and place it in their basket. It is only when you complete the checkout process that you find the item no longer in stock. I understand how disappointing this can be and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. The items was not indicated as out of stock when I checked out. You took payment for the item. The item was not delivered. I don't have my money back yet a week later. I still have a further question - when I am going to get my money back.
