UK poolstore don't use DHL as your courier they are terrible.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. DHL delivery drivers are useless in my opinion not the first time goods delivered wrongly and damaged only to be returned no customer care whatsoever.

After looking into this for you I can confirm that DHL did make an error & originally delivered to the wrong address, of which the driver went back the same day & delivered to you all ok. Our Customer Service team were on hand each step of the way to reassure you that the delivery would arrive, of which it did, all less than 24hrs of your order leaving us. I believe your 1 star rating was for DHL rather than us, so a little unfair for our rating as the delivery was delivered next day. All the best
