Hi Sharon, We forwarded all of your details onto celestron as the repairs / replacements are handled directly with the manufacturer so im very sorry that celestron had not been in contact regarding your scope. I have spoken to celestron for an update and they are arranging a replacement mount to be dispatched today , which should be with you early next week. Kind Regards Richard
