Booking ref T627140 after my last e mail things didn't get any better the bed was very uncomfortable with rubber under sheet the blinds didn't work so no privacy. Music went on till 11 30 . When asking about what happened to our sea view room we was told that you didn't get back to them so they gave just a double bed with a sink in the and step to toilet and shower. It was the worse hoilday we have had . Waiting for your response Mrs s ball
