The details about the venue, their address location and all the information regarding the venue was clearly visible during your shopping experience. We also provide the confirmation ticket with the same address details immediately after purchase with check-in instructions. The item you carted and agreed to purchase did have a cancellation policy. This would have allowed you to cancel the booking for a full refund after purchase if the location was not your intended destination. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on a dinner and show reservation once it's past the cancellation date, as the theater has prepared a meal in anticipation for your arrival.
