When you called the first time, our agent explained to you about the My Disney Experience App. The second time you called, you seemed frantic about your tickets and continued to raise your voice the entire duration of the call. The agent was instructed to speak louder and more directly into the phone per your request. There were several times in which you raised your voice at our agent during the call. She explained to you how to link the tickets. Our agents aren't able to link your Disney tickets as it is your personal information and you would have to provide us with your confidential log in for Disney.
