Delivered to incorrect address
Order was delivered to wrong address, customer service was awful in getting a resolution! Cancelled order in the end as vastly disappointed

We are sorry that your parcel was delivered to a neighbouring address by the courier. Once we became aware of this we offered straight away to reprint the whole order for you, to be with you the next day. As you declined this offer, we processed a full refund. We are a small team who are always available to help and resolve any issues on the rare occasion they should arise.
