Could be a better experience
I had to sort some of the holiday out myself dates were changed a few times they got our room request in NY wrong.

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry for any inconvenience. Room requests are made but unfortunately not guaranteed. We do ask our customers to check our confirmation and advise of any discrepancies which we will resolve immediately. I am sorry if this was not done correctly. Your Cruise included gratuities, this is usually preferred so that there are no unexpected charges on board, they can be removed prior to travel if requested.
