I am sorry that you are not happy with our customer service. We strive to put customer service at the heart of everything we do. Where required and where airlines accept seat & meal preferences, we are happy to make these requests on your behalf, there is also an opportunity for customers to do this directly when you complete your online check in As these are requests that are managed by the airlines, we cannot guarantee this service.
