We are pleased that you had a fun and exciting guided vacation with us. You are right - the Copper Canyon is a fantastic place, and there is nothing better than visiting the destinations with a local friend who shares life experiences with you. Your airport transfer had been arranged in advance, and so it is unfortunate to learn that you had difficulties locating your driver. It is worthwhile remembering that all such information is included in the travel documents we send you in the mail prior to your departure. We are here to always help, so in the future if you have any questions about anything, feel free to contact us.
