We were truly concerned to learn of your dissatisfaction with our guided vacation. Whilst it would be possible for you to organise hotels and transportation between the same destinations that we visit, we feel that one of the benefits of booking a guided vacation with Trafalgar, is that you don't need to do any of this organisation yourself. We strive to take the hassle out of travel by arranging the transportation and accommodation for you, we plan and arrange sightseeing activities and source Local Experts, we offer extra Optional Experiences to complement the included sightseeing, and we include a Travel Director who is an expert in their field with a wealth of knowledge to share about each destination. It is very rare that you will be able to arrange all of this for a private tour without any stress. Nevertheless, it is entirely your prerogative to depart a trip early should you choose to, however we are very sorry that this was the case and that your vacation did not meet your expectations.

Our Sound of Music guided vacation is one of our most popular At Leisure style trips, which includes at least two days spent at each location, later start times, and additional free time to explore the wonderfully unique sights. We therefore regret to have read that you felt that more time was needed to explore.
