Hi James, After speaking to you on the phone we realised the item you order was lost in the post so we sent a replacement out straight away. The replacement item was delivered and received and I'm glad we got the issue resolved. If you get a chance to change the star rating that would be great! :) TCD

Received order,really pleased with the way TCD sorted my issue (not receiving order) TCD sent replacement order as soon as was pheasably possible.

It was a disaster. They have waiting for an item witch was needed for a job of thousands. It supposed to be in stock then after 2 weeks and continoous email they answer that they cant have it .i lost...
