Friendly boiler engineer, tidy install.

We are very sorry that you had a bad experience with your boiler. As you can see from the reviews we publish we have very good customer feedback. Unfortunately, we had a dispute with the engineer we used to complete your installation, as he was paid to complete the whole job including the thermostat, and did not return to do so after being paid. You state that you haven't been able to contact us but we are open 24/7 and if you call our number anytime you will get through to someone. The problem was rectified and therefore the boiler up and running again that was based on a call out from the manufacturer in the end.
