Disorganized. Did not plan ahead
Disorganized. "Leader" was unprofessional in several incidents. Driver not familiar with bus (some lever needed flipped to keep wheels from freezing up) and didn't know Quebec City or other routes....

Quebec winter carnival

Quebec blizzard tour
Despite the blizzard, the host Deb was very calm and reassuring. The bus driver Nelson was outstanding in maneuvering through the snow covered streets.
