Not very good at all ordered 3xxx got 2xl top & 1xl bottom no neck warmer as listed sent balaclava instead but could not fault the returns process

Absolutely shocking! Ordered a Fox bivving for next day delivery, one week later no bivvy and still no confirmed delivery date. I will not be ordering anything else from them.
