Thank you for your feedback. The variation in the topsoil should not be a cause for concern, as topsoil is a natural product, its appearance may vary from time to time. As we use a third party haulage company, we get charged if a customer requests the topsoil to be returned to us therefore, this is why a charge was incurred.
