Thank you for your feedback. The appearance of the turf is likely to be reflective of the incredibly dry weather we have been experiencing. We frequently irrigate our fields but is by no means the same as natural rainfall. We are confident that with regular and thorough watering at the point of laying, and in the days after, dry turf will establish the same as any other turf laid on the same day. Fifty Percent Sand

This is the second time I’ve used topsoil, first time the quality was brilliant. Sadly this time the soil we got was at least 50% sand. Very disappointed.
