We’re really sorry to hear about the issue with your pre-tour accommodation and your female-only room request. Sometimes, pre-tour accommodation is booked through third-party providers and may be separate from the rooming preferences selected for the main trip, and this should have been clearly communicated to you. We completely understand how important this is and sincerely apologise for any discomfort it may have caused. Please know we’re actively updating our processes to make sure this doesn’t happen again, including improving how we communicate with our customers during the booking process.
