Hi Selena,

I'm sorry to hear that our mobile insurance wasn't for you. We do ask all customers to confirm that their phone was purchased new (or refurbished when bought from the manufacturer or mobile network provider) as part of the checkout process - but based on your feedback we'll look into ways that we can make this clearer to our customers.
